  • The rate changes according to the season and length of stay, which starts from 1-week stays.

    The average rate is roughly $180/night. Generally, it will be less for longer stays and/or if other Omakase Travels services are being provided.

    • 100% refund if guest cancels within 48 hours of reservation and at least 14 days prior to check-in

    • 50% refund if guest cancels 48 hours after the reservation and at least 7 days prior to check-in

    • No refund if guest cancels within 6 days prior to check-in

    ※ Refund fee must be paid by guest

  • Because it’s our own personal apartment, we don’t have it listed on any other sites. Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to inquire about staying.

  • Please understand that we will charge a $150 cleaning fee.

  • The apartment is very convenient.

    There is a 24-hour supermarket right across the street, a convenience store just a 2-minute walk away, and a drugstore just 7-minutes away.

    The area is known to have good food, with approximately 15 Michelin-recognized places within a 15~20 minute walk radius. There are eateries that have been around for many years, cafes that attract crowds, bakeries and pastry shops, trendy coffee shops, wine bars, boutique designer ateliers and vintage clothing stores.

    There are 2 train stations that are a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Places such as Harajuku (2-min) and Omotesando (4-min) are easily accessible on the Chiyoda Line, and Shimokitazawa (5-min) and Shinjuku (6-min) can be accessed quickly on the Odakyu Line, all without any transfers. You can also get to areas like Roppongi, Ginza, Marunouchi and Yanaka Ginza without any transfers.

    The central Shibuya area is just about a 20-minute walk away.

  • The apartment is cleaned and everything is washed before and after each stay.

    During a stay, guests are responsible for basic tidying up as our rental is meant to provide a short-term living experience in Tokyo.

  • We have English-language labels for the stove, microwave, toilet, etc. You will also have access to a digital apartment handbook when you stay.
